Easy shopping experience

Just needed a new shower chair for my mom and tried ApriaDirect. The site was easy to navigate, and I found a simple one pretty fast. Checkout was a breeze. It arrived about four days later, which was quicker than I thought it would be. No drama, no fuss. The chair is sturdy and does the job. Happy with how it all went, saved me a trip to a medical supply store.

My new favorite store!

I bought a Philips Respironics DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask and it arrived so fast, like three days! It was perfect, exactly what I needed. The whole process was just fantastic. I will absolutely be shopping here again for all my CPAP stuff. So glad I found them!

Smooth order, good quality mask

I ordered a ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask from ApriaDirect last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed quickly. Shipping took about five business days, which was what I expected. The mask arrived well-packaged and the quality seems great, just like the one I replaced. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a solid experience for replacing my CPAP supplies.

Good value on CPAP accessories

I was looking to buy some CPAP tubing and filters without spending a fortune. ApriaDirect had a 15% off deal on accessories, which made a noticeable difference compared to other sites I checked. The prices were already competitive, so the extra discount really sealed the deal for me. I felt like I got good value for my money. The items arrived on time and were exactly what I needed. Definitely worth the purchase if you're watching your budget.

Thinking of getting a new portable oxygen concentrator. How does ApriaDirect compare to like, Direct Home Medical or The CPAP Shop for prices and selection?

M Megan R. 5 days ago
ApriaDirect often has really competitive prices, especially if you catch a sale. Their selection is pretty solid too, similar to Direct Home Medical. I'd price check both though.

I've found ApriaDirect to be good for specific brands. The CPAP Shop might have a wider range of obscure accessories, but for main machines, ApriaDirect is usually right there price-wise.

how legit is ApriaDirect? Never heard of them before but their prices on oxygen concentrators look good. Don't want to get scammed.

P Paul Harris 2 weeks ago
They're totally legit. It's the retail arm of Apria Healthcare, which is a huge company. Bought my CPAP from them, no issues.

Anyone know if ApriaDirect ships to APO addresses? Or just regular US street addresses?

S Stephanie Hernandez 4 weeks ago
Hmm, I think they mostly do standard US addresses. I don't recall seeing anything about APO, you might want to double-check their shipping info on the site.

AFAIK, they don't ship to P.O. boxes, so APO/FPO might be out too. I'd contact them directly to be sure.

What's their return policy like for CPAP masks? Bought one from another place once and returning it was a nightmare.

M Matt Rodriguez 1 month ago
Returns for masks are generally okay, but you gotta make sure it's unopened or still in the original packaging if you've tried it and it didn't fit. They usually have specific rules about medical devices once opened.

D Donna Mitchell 4 weeks ago
Yeah, if you've used it, it's usually non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Best to check their policy on the specific mask you're looking at, it varies a bit.

Does ApriaDirect accept insurance for online purchases? Or is it all out-of-pocket?

J Jessica Diaz 4 days ago
For online orders, it's usually out-of-pocket. They don't typically process insurance claims directly on the retail site. You'd probably have to submit it to your insurance yourself for reimbursement.

K Kyle Johnson 2 days ago
Nah, I don't think they take insurance directly for stuff bought online. You'd have to pay and then submit to your provider if they cover it.
